VINIFICATION Traditional vinification, maceration for 20 to 25 days
TERROIR Clay and limestone soils.
TASTING NOTES This wine has a lovely garnet color.

The nose is very pleasant with aromas of liquorice,
cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant.
The palate is soft and dynamic with a nice freshness
on concentrated aromas of red fruits.

FOOD accompaniment Leg of lamb with thyme, all cheeses.
